Some of the best shells are found on that beach and wonderful sunsets as well. The home itself boasts a spacious living area, split floor plan, and lots of natural sunlight along with the additional "Florida Room" where you can open the windows to feel the breeze and hear the birds & local wildlife. There are two master king bedrooms with en -suite bathrooms as well as an additional guest bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of home to prepare meals for your friends and family that will want to join you when you tell them you're spending a month or longer in paradise!! Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
