Property is very dated and in need of a makeover. Fans are noisy, coaches are squeaky, toilets don’t flush well etc.

Both good in some respects and not so great in others. Disappointed when we arrived at about 5pm to see that the unit had not been cleaned. When we called, they quickly sent a cleaning team, which was great. Although when they changed the sheets, they put back on the same blankets that were on the floor when we arrived (with gray hairs all over them). We did not notice they had done that until the evening and had to sleep with those dirty blankets, yuck! (I couldn’t sleep at all that first night). When called again, they came back the next day to change the beds again and refunded the cleaning fee although I would have liked to see all charges from the first night discounted. They also fixed the shower door that was not sliding. I would also note that the primary mattress ought to be replaced as it was heavily indented on both sides with a large hump in the middle from wear. Otherwise, the unit mostly met our needs. It is centrally located on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. The pool was very warm and nice. Beach was also very nice with great shells. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, blender, even a Kitchenaid mixer! Check out time of 10 am seemed exceptionally early and we would have appreciated at least another hour. So, in sum, we enjoyed our time here, but for the cost (and many fees they add on), we believe improvements should be made to make this a better value for the money.
