The master suite has a king bed and access to the large screened lanai. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request and has doors which can connect to create a private suite with bath. The guest bath has a walk-in shower and grab bars in both bathrooms. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking a tropical garden and a view of the Gulf. Easy walk to beach and pool! The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, smooth-top stove and ice-maker in freezer. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
