The screened-in pool with an attached spa overlooks the lush greens of the golf course, creating a serene and private outdoor oasis. Ideal for families and pet lovers alike, this property is pet-friendly and offers a welcoming environment for everyone to unwind. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a round of golf, or heading out to the nearby beach, Coastal Haven Estate provides the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms+den/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6), WIFI available, Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool & spa, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets Allowed (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
