Featuring a fully screened lanai and picturesque pool views, this one bedroom, one bathroom unit serves as an ideal island retreat for small families and couples alike. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Enjoying sought-after south east sun exposure, the unit is bathed in natural light, enhancing the coral and sunset tones that adorn its interior. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, while a sleeper sofa in the main living area provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with an updated vanity. With stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and its proximity to the pool just steps away, #2 stands out as the ultimate poolside condo on Sanibel Island.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV s have Roku, no cable at this time.

Incredible beach

Units were nice! Not luxury, and not run down. Beach was incredible, no crowds and lots of shells. Just note that the buildings are duplexes so odds are there will be people on the other side of your wall. Also, hurricane damage has made it so there is only once beach walkway.

Paradise

We stayed at Signal Inn for a week, and it was the best week we've experienced. It's total paradise, walking distance to a private beach, and just a couple miles from public beaches. The staff was very responsive and friendly and would not hesitate to return. If you haven't been to Sanibel Island, you should consider, no stop lights, no franchise's, no traffic, and everyone is very friendly.

Lovely property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a living area with a kitchen, one bedroom and a lovely screened in porch facing east. Sunsets were lovely. It was small but adequate for 2 people especially since we spent most of our time at the beach which is a 3 minute walk from the unit. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.
