Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Wie wir ankamen waren bereits Gäste im Haus.FE-WO Direct hat die Wohnung doppelt vermietet. Wir sind von FE-WO Direct einfach im Regen stehen lassen. Es wurde uns keine Alternative angeboten noch haben wir eine Entschädigung erhalten. Uns wurde lediglich eine Mail geschickt, das wir für das gleiche Geld über ihr Portal eine andere Wohnung suchen sollen. Mitten in Frankreich in den Ferien!!! Nie wieder… Das ist die schlechteste und unprofessionellste Unterkunftsvermietung, die wir jemals erlebt haben. Wir standen mit 4 Personen vor dem Ferienhaus und man sagte uns wir sollen einfach ein anderes Haus suchen… einfach so Unfassbar !!!!
