Come and experience your stay on our beautiful 30 ft Carver Yacht. This yacht boasts a beautiful main area featuring a sleeper couch table and TV. Take two steps down forward into your kitchenette, bathroom, and V Birth sleeping area for two. At the rear of the boat and other two steps down enter your private bedroom featuring a full size bed, a twin bed, and a cabinet with a built-in sink. The private Marina offers a deli, restaurant / Tiki Bar, and a beautiful swimming pool for you enjoyment. The boat is located on the world famous St Johns River that offers great fishing as well as many activities. We are located centrally near all local beaches theme parks and airports. This boat is ideal for those short and long getaways from everyday life. Come and experience the difference from staying in your everyday motel or hotel this is definitely something that you will remember and cherish for years to come.
For entertainment, guests can expect to find TVs. Kitchenettes, dryers, and hair dryers are other standard amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin on "The Rose" was very comfortable. The lay out of the cabin with the rear main stateroom, worked very well for us. Mark was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
