Beautiful property wonderful service. Food was good. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Our room package included breakfast. . We did get half price at three golf course and there is a free shuttle to the dockyard but everything else is an extra cost. to get off property to see different beaches or sites is a cab ride that costs a lot and make sure you call the resort to get a cab back because that can be difficult. Cabs only take cash. And the ride to and from the airport costs approximately 70 dollars There is a bus system but we did not navigate that. I think they should have a free shuttle to and from the airport perhaps the beaches and some sites. Or the hotels on that side of the island (reef elbow and Fairmont), should get together and offer a service. Other than that - Paradise. Clean. The people are lovely.

Customer service was priority. Appreciated the shuttle to the dockport, on property transportation service, housekeeping checks twice a day, concierge assistance, restaurant staff.

We liked the location, care of property, great apartment, staff and service were excellent.

We enjoyed having our own cottage. We had a beautiful and quiet view of the harbor. The staff was very accommodating. Wish they had more choices for dinner dining.

I loved the beauty of the complex. Staff were wonderful and all was very clean and well kept. Somethings could be updated with it being a older facility. I would stay there again.

Great place! Nice setting, great staff, very relaxing!

I have a list that is to long to put in here regarding the cleanliness of the hotel

Staff was always friendly and went out of there way to speak to you. Room had amazing view of ocean And harbour area. Breakfast was quick but with personal attention. We ate dinner twice at hotel and loved the food.

Beautiful property with picturesque cottagesand water views on three sides. Friendly and very courteous staff who go out of their way to helpful. Wonderful spa experience, too!

Great resort. Helpful staff. Clean and well maintained accommodations. Nice beach and restaurants. Entertainment a couple nights. Excellent breakfast included. A distance from airport but close to dockyard with ferry to Hamilton & St George. Nice restaurants in dockyard. Resort offers a shuttle to & fro. This is an adult only resort.

Beautiful clear waist deep water with snorkeling right there bring beach water shoes as first few yards have shells/ rocks just like most everywhere in the Caribbean.

Amazing love the view , location , the beaches and the food and the room and location were great

My wife and I went to Bermuda on a last-minute whim never having been before. We would probably go back to Cambridge Beaches, but not for the reasons most would think. The setting was great with 4 beach areas, including one in a secluded cove. All sorts of water sports were available on site at not unreasonable prices, but the areas allowed for access were limited during our stay due to wind and wave conditions. As for the hotel itself, it is getting a bit dated and in need of certain upgrades. The only real complaint I had was the mattress that was bouncy and a bit bowed. We also had ants in the room. The foot at the hotel was good (even very good), but not as good as several other places we visited on the island. Which brings me to the part that would bring us back - the location is convenient to the Royal Naval Dockyard (via hotel shuttle) where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and ferries to other parts of the island. The hotel is also a short walk from a bus stop that will get you close to everywhere. The convenient access outside of the hotel, combined with the relaxation available at the beaches associated with the hotel, is what would bring us back.
