Welcome to The Hancock! A charming 4 season 1940’s Colonial Style home in an established neighborhood, just 5 blocks from the waterfront and a quaint downtown with restaurants and shopping. Close proximity to Cedar Point (4 miles) and Kalahari Resorts & Conventions (6 miles). A Private Getaway for you and your family to enjoy the theme parks and idyllic shores of Lake Erie and all it has to offer! This multi-unit home has 3 1 bedroom furnished units with kitchen, private bathroom and washer and dryer and parking on site. All units have individual temperature controls. Great for singles, couples and families, or multi families in the same home! We are open to short- or long-term rentals based on availability.

The apartment is very nice for a couple that's wanting to stay a few days and just relax ! Bed was comfortable! Property manager was very nice! Very convenient to CP!
