This townhome is brand new, and is completely furnished by Arhaus. Enjoy the sunrise coming up over Lake Pend Orielle, as you sip your coffee on your private deck each morning. There are spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding mountains from every level. Walk to the Village in less than 5 minutes on the road, or walk down the hill in 2 minutes, or ski to the Village in 30 seconds. This property is on a heated road, and it has a heated driveway. Townhome is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with space for one car to park in the driveway. The owners live directly next door, and will personally greet you upon arrival, and provide you with a tour of the property. The owners will also be available during your entire stay if guests need assistance with anything, including recommendations of where to buy groceries, the best restaurants to eat at, and also personal tours of the mountain. There is also an option to rent the 3 bedroom townhouse next door if you have a larger group and require more space.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
