Provencal villa of approximately 55 m2 in a quiet condominium with large outdoor terrace very well oriented on 160 m2 of land; equipped with an electric awning, garden furniture, sunbathing and dining table.
The house consists of two bedrooms upstairs, one with a 160cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Arrivée au rendez-vous à 16h comme demandé Personne au courant, heureusement j’ai eu le propriétaire au tel qui a fait le nécessaire à distance pour être reçu par la personne qui devait nous remettre les clés Les draps ne sont pas prévu contrairement à ce qui est indiqué Ensuite problème de télé qui ne fonctionne pas, le propriétaire a pu faire venir un réparateur le lendemain soir et je l’en remercie Mais pas de chance le matin cafetière en panne pas de café et merci dans la matinée la voisine m’a prêté sa nespresso pour le séjour Sinon endroit très agréable, bien situé au calme Je reviendrai volontiers en ayant un peu plus de chance

Séjour à Sanary/Mer (10 jours, du 05 au 15/09/2024)

Place de parking pas du tout adapté pour un gros véhicule, obligé de sortir en marche arrière tout en sachant que de chaque côté d'autres véhicules garés et pas toujours correctement et à 3 reprises obligé d'attendre que la personne parte car impossible de sortir. Concernant la salle de bain : très étroite, pour une personne un peu corpulente il ne peut pas se retourner. pour le reste c'était correcte excepté la télévision qui coupait très très souvent. Point fort : sécurité avec codes pour portail et portillon.

Sanary und die Region gefällt uns besonders gut. Die Räumlichkeiten und die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses waren gut. Die Ansprechpartner wohnen direkt neben an und waren bei Anliegen auch anzutreffen. Besonders gut waren funktionierende Klimaanlagen im EG + OG und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Allerdings ist die Terrassentür ohne Mückenschutz, so dass ständig viele Stechmücken im Haus sind. Die Unterkunft ist unserer Meinung nach nur eingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Der Terassenbereich war wohl schon länger nicht gepflegt und trotz eigenem Stellplatz vorm Haus war die Parksituation zu allen Zeiten absolut chaotisch. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist nicht optimal, wenn man öfter zu Fuß in die Innenstadt möchte - der Weg ist wegen des Straßenverlaufs außen um die Innenstadt herum etwas länger.

La location correspondait exactement au descriptif de l'annonce. Equipement complet de la cuisine Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres et la clim sont un plus. Vakantie met hondjes aan de kust

Het huisje is praktisch en kwalitatief ingericht, de hondjes konden niet ontsnappen. Maar alles is toch wel ver te voet, de auto nemen om naar de bakkerij te gaan was absoluut geen optie, de parkeerplaats was zo eng en klein ! De buren hadden verschillende wagens waardoor je het liefst maximaal 1 x per dag uw wagen verplaatst. Wij hadden toevallig een minibusje Vito lang model een pure horror. Daardoor waren we eigenlijk gevangenen. We wonen landelijk aan de kust in België, 2 km van de zee, waar we met de hondjes voor 10u en na 19u op het strand kunnen wat in Frankrijk altijd verboden is. Het weer was ook beter in België, hadden we het geweten. !??

Joli petit maison

Bonjour Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la petite maison , nous avons malheureusement tout les jours eu des mauvais odeur dégoût. Et bien malheureusement que la climatisation soit qu'au rez-de-chaussée à l'étage il aurait fallu un ventilateur dans chaque chambre parce que dormir avec plus de 30 degrés la nuit sans ventilateur très très dur . Par dessus nous avons eu la surprise en ce servant de la vaisselle qu'elle était sale en plus des pâtes collé sur le manche d'une casserole nous avons payé 60 euros de ménage . Autrement le coin terrasse et très bien et la maison et bien équipée .

Super. Séjour très agréable. Maison très bien située

Nous avons loué cette maison pour 3 nuits avec ma femme C'était super. La maison est très bien équipée même s'il est dommage d'avoir à mener serviette et linge de lit dans la valise alors qu'on doit payer 60 euros pour le ménage. Cela devrait être compris. La maison est très bien situé proche de toutes commodités. Boulangerie, fleuriste, caviste etc à 5 minute à pied. Le seul hic pour nous. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier des éléments extérieurs banc table barbecue etc car nous n'avons appris qu'une fois sur place que tout est remisé l'hiver et donc absent. Vu la belle journée du samedi nous aurions aimé pouvoir faire un barbecue et profiter du soleil dehors...
