For your vacations in Sanary-sur-Mer, our Laforêt - Le Temps Des Vacances agency is pleased to offer you this 46m² air-conditioned apartment on the 2nd floor without elevator, in a secure residence located 5 minutes' walk from the port, the beach and all shops.
The gated residence offers a number of free parking spaces. Once parked, everything is within walking distance.

The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a loggia with a washing machine-dryer.
In the bedroom, you'll find a 140 x 200 double bed with a dressing area and chest of drawers.
The apartment has a large, bright living room with a sofa bed (160 x 200).
For your convenience, there's a shower room with separate toilet.
Outside, you'll have access to a south-facing terrace with table, chairs and a cozy corner with two armchairs.

This is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region in peace and quiet yet close to the town center.

We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before your arrival and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings.
Tourist tax is payable to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
For added comfort, you can opt for sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
Pets may be allowed under certain conditions. If accepted, a supplement of €5 per day will be charged.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays are subject to a surcharge of €100.
Weekday arrivals after 6pm will also be charged extra.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival in cash or cheque. This is not cashed and is returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your details, those of the agency and the property rented will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will also be asked to provide proof of holiday or civil liability insurance.
No rental will be final without these documents.

Arrival between 18:00 and 19:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 19:00 and 20:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 21:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 22:00 is subject to 150 late arrival fee.
