Charming furnished and equipped T2 including a nice living room with sofa bed, overlooking a garden with sea view, a bedroom also overlooking the garden and a bathroom with bath. Located in a private residence 100m from the beach of Portissol and 10 minutes walk from the port of Sanary (the most beautiful market of France 2018), which allows you to do everything without a car.
You can enjoy a collective parking.

Appartement parfaitement situé et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et du jardin.

Appartement simple bien situé proche de la mer et du centre de sanary , le moindre problème est géré rapidement par fred le concierge qui intervient rapidement et avec efficacité. Je recommande cette location.

Appartement avec une belle situation avec vue sur mer et pas loin du centre de Sanary.
Un bémol malgré tout l appartement aurait besoin d un bon rafraîchissement pour salle de bain et cuisine : vaisselle depareillee et avec des manques style bol, saladier, essoreuse à salade et bons couteaux. Sinon bien équipé avec lave linge et lave-vaisselle. Autrement nous avons été bien reçu par la société de Frédéric. Bon professionnalisme. Muriel

la location était conforme au descriptif.
Location plaisante, agréable, propre avec belle vue sur la mer. Il manque cependant une table basse dans la partie salon ainsi qu'un éclairage indirect au salon (lampe ou lampadaire par exemple pour lire). Un peu "galère" pour stationner car pas d'emplacement réservé pour cette location. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Joli cadre,c'est une région que nous connaissons très bien. Bel appartement avec sa terrasse avec vue sur mer. Des rénovations à venir pour la salle de bain et cuisine seront une bonne chose. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

De part son emplacement, cet appartement a été très appréciable, parfait pour un séjour decouverte de Sanary-sur-mer. En revanche, il serait bien de rénover la salle de bain et toilette car c'est un peu vieux et usé. J'aurais apprécié qu'il y ait plus de "fournitures" à disposition: une pelle pour le balais, des sacs poubelle, un ou deux torchons, plus de pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle.. je ne pensais pas que c'était à nous de tout apporter. Hormis cela notre séjour a été très appréciable et quels beaux couchés de soleil sur la mer nous avons pu voir du jardin! La personne de la conciergerie qui nous a pris en charge a été super, très disponible et chaleureux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié sa disponibilité.
