The place was dirty and the building needed to be painted all they needed to spray for insects it looked like a hunted house instead of hotel for family to stay. I will not recommend it to anybody
Bad place to stay
PLEASE READ this review and the others and save yourself - I booked online because the photos looked decent. Wrong. I checked in, went to room, found black mold on walls and in the shower, dried blood on the carpet, unknown human excrements on the chair. I walked back to desk without unpacking and was denied a refund. I then left the hotel, which is the first time I have ever done that, and went to the best western up the road. I'm a large man and I felt unsafe here. Learn from my mistake.

Property was a mess. Sink did not work and was clogged the entire time. It was dirty but I guess decent for the price. TVs do not work. No towels or blankets but we were provided extra sheets.
Well I was scratching couldn’t figure out why my my animal was scratching my man started inching looked around bed red and white bugs and I no ma’am bedbugs
This property was disgusting. Do not stay here. The floors, the shower, everything was dirty. The smoke detectors were romved, the cabinent where the refridgerator was was broken and falling apart. No microwave. And the staff was annoyed at best to be handling us. Only two small overly used towels. NOT what it shows here.
There was prostitution and a number of homeless n drug adicts walking around at night
Well the first red flag was when we walked into the room there was no blankets on the bed only filthy sheets I do have pictures as well and after that we realize there's no microwave to add it shows a microwave and refrigerator nice comfortable beds with blankets and they said that room has all the amenities toiletries and everything we didn't have any of those things thing there was a roll of toilet paper and two towels however the reservation was for three people and besides there be no blankets filthy sheets the pillow case was just disgusting and dirty the refrigerator was plugged in and it did make a noise but it didn't work so groceries perished and then the sink which is not inside the restroom but right on the outside was getting clogged the whole time then the toilet ran and sounded just as loud as the shower and when I finally did take a hot shower and got out of the shower and walked on the floor my feet turn black instantly the floor was filthy I was disgusted I tried to call the front desk and nobody answered whatsoever. So I called back Orbitz and they responded right away and they were trying to call the hotel the hotel didn't answer for them either and following day when I Orbitz after trying to contact the hotel staff the whole time when I did speak with a maid I her if we could have towels she said she had to ask her boss and then gave me Filthy sheets with our trip unresolved I will never stay at Primera Hotel again
Bed sheets had stains and tears, tv had no cable or anything to watch because there was nothing connected.
