Double bathroom with shower with access to an external annex. Fine furnishings in \"shabby\" style, the result of a very recent restyling of the author with \"soft and mellow\" tones, pickled woods and hand made decorations for an elegant style and charming location.
OUTSIDE: Large covered outdoor patio furnished with relaxation set, solarium with deck chairs and coffee table in masonry and mosaic tiles, dining area with barbecue, gazebo and wooden pergola. The garden is surrounded by a garden of Mediterranean essences and tall trees. Driveway of private access. Parking space.
LOCATION: The villa is set in a particularly pleasant and quiet residential area just a hundred meters from the cliff. The equipped beach and the town center, at about eight hundred meters, can also be reached on foot.
