An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area, on the second floor, with two bedrooms, a double with a single bed and a half and a quadruple with a double bed and two single bunk beds. Double service with shower. Large equipped terrace, outdoor shower and bathroom complete with toilet accessories. Particular attention and care for marine-style furnishings and accessories.

OUTSIDE: Independent house on several levels in a typical local architectural context renovated with a holiday home destination. Living balcony on the first floor with access from the living area and panoramic terrace overlooking the sea on the top level.

POSITION: In the historic center to comfortably reach the pedestrian area on foot with all the commercial activities and the equipped beach.

Nice apartment with nice rooftop terrace

Das Apartment war insgesamt toll und die Dachterrasse super. Leider war die Klimaanlage kaputt und wurde nicht repariert während unseres Aufenthaltes obwohl die Agentur Bescheid wusste. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist nicht ausreichend - für theoretisch 6 Personen gibt es 4 Wassergläser, so etwas wie Weingläser, Schneidebrett oder ein scharfes Messer gab es nicht. Außerdem sehr wenig Stauraum um Dinge einzuräumen (in der Küche, im Bad, Schlafzimmer). Insgesamt aber sehr viel Platz und sauber. Die Kommunikation und Check-in über die Agentur ist umständlich. Mit kleinen Kindern nicht ganz so gut geeignet, da es eine steile, enge Treppe im Hausflur gibt und keinen Platz um im Flur Kinderwagen abzustellen, sodass man diese jedes Mal hochtragen muss.

Unterkunft

Die Lage des Objekts ist super, jedoch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist nicht die Beste. Es hat an einem Abend stark geregnet und wir mussten mit unseren Handtüchern irgendwie das viele Wasser aufhalten, was in die Wohnung eintritt. Sie kamen uns mit neuen Handtüchern sofort entgegen, jedoch mit nichts anderem. Zudem haben wir 2 Nächte verlängert, was super einfach war, jedoch haben wir auch den Parkplatz verlängert und nach der ersten verlängerten Nacht eine Parkbusse erhalten. Wir sind dann zur Agentur und dort hiess es, dass wir am falschen Ort stehen. Komischerweise standen wir eine Woche lang richtig (nach dem Plan welcher wir von der Unterkunft erhalten haben) und plötzlich falsch, dass kann doch nicht sein. Wir haben das Auto in dieser Zeit nie benutzt. Leider zeigten Sie kein Verständis, was echt schade war. Wir haben ja schliesslich auch für diesen Parkplatz bezahlt und müssen nun zusätzlich zum bezahlten Parkplatz auch noch eine Parkbusse bezahlen.
