Nice family run hotel

Family run hotel with friendly service. This hotel would have received higher scores if they had enforced their no smoking policy better. The bathrooms' ventilation systems are connected and some of the other guests were smoking in their rooms, which made it seem like they're had been someone in my room smoking! After I complained, the matter was resolved. Close to the beach and the hotel is in great condition!

Utrolig privat takterrasse!

Da vi ankom hotellet, ble vi tildelt toppsuiten med egen takterrasse og havutsikt. Denne oppgraderingen kostet oss ingenting, og rommet var meget delikat. Frokosten var også god, med lokalt bakverk og barista som lager alle typer kaffe på forespørsel. Beliggenheten er helt fantastisk, et steinkast fra den nydelige stranden. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Great little hotel

Enjoyed the great staff, very friendly and helpful. Parking is 700 meters away and was 12 Euro for 4 nichts (guarded Ares, 24hrs access). Rooms are in good condition, breakfast is above average for Italian Standards, though nothing special. The Beach is 40 meters from the hotel, very nice and well maintained, soft sand, clear waters, two beachchairs included with room - but also pretty busy. Nice restaurants nearby.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Hotel veramente carino in posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere il centro del paese e il mare. I proprietari dell'hotel sono simpatici, disponibili e gentilissimi. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

mkt trevlig personal,oerhört tillmötesgående. Rent o fräscht. Fantastiskt nära stranden och restauranger. Ej ljudisolerat. Extremt trångt i duschkabinen. Parkering en bra bit bort med gratis shuttlebuss var 15 min. Enbart bofasta får parkera i stan på sommaren. Välfungerande internetanslutning gratis.

Araba Fenice Hotel i San Vito Lo Capo - charmigt!

Ett lite mysigt hotell med mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Läget är perfekt, precis bredvid huvudgatan med alla affärer och många restauranger och bara 3-4 minuter till stranden.

hotel molto pulito, veramente vicino al mare

l'hotel è veramente pulito, nel cuore di San Vito e a due passi dal mare e il personale è veramente gentile e sempre presente, mancavano solamente i vari accessori per la pulizia del corpo che solitamente danno in hotel come bagno schiuma e altro, ci hanno dato saponette, ma questo è solo un piccolo neo perchè per tutto il resto io veramente lo consiglio.

San Vito lo Capo - Hotel Araba Fenice

I was there last week, we decide to choose this hotel because of good location and overall good opinion. More or less that is true. Hotel is very good located in the center of city (close to everywhere). Whole hotels is in very good condition, everything looks new and clean, service is on high leve, hotel stuff is very helpful, breakfast was tasty. Only weakness can be lack of terrace :)
