Unique Location: Our house is located in a very quiet area of San Vito Chietino, a seaside location with a reserved parking space and the convenience of an apartment 7 minutes walk from the seafront, alternating between free and equipped beaches. Excellent also for train travelers, you can reach the pulsating heart of the marina on foot with the main catering services, bars, sandwich shops, pharmacies, mini markets... in short, everything you are looking for is just a few minutes from your accommodation. Your stay will be a pleasant dream!

Unique View and Strategic Position: Incredible view of the Adriatic Sea where you can lose yourself admiring the horizon, accessing the terrace on the second floor of the structure. Relax in a small street away from the tourist hustle but in the best position ever: all the main venues are around us.

Ground floor with a small living room, bathroom with shower and two rooms with single beds.
