Totally renovated recently, the apartment is only 50 meters from the sea: you have the opportunity to enjoy your holiday in bathing facilities with all the comforts, but also in the 6 km of nature reserve.
The apartment, equipped with wi-fi, is composed of: independent entrance, large living room with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, small terrace, three bedrooms able to accommodate 11 people and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In the garden there are tables, chairs and barbecue, as well as two outdoor showers with hot water;

San Vincenzo Home Away From Home

Cristiano and his Mother made us feel very welcome. The apartment and all its attributes were exactly as described - felt a bit like home away from home. The location was perfect - 50 meters from a Mediterranean beach and only a short walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questo fantastico appartamento per 3 notti. Tutto corrisponde alle descrizioni. Spazi molto ampi, luminosità, pulizia impeccabile e attrezzato di tutto. Capita raramente di trovare un appartamento per le vacanze così accogliente. Cristiano è stato gentilissimo e molto attento alle nostre esigenze sia al telefono che in loco. Grazie ancora di tutto! Al treno che passa nelle vicinanze ci si abitua subito anche perché la casa e gli infissi sono ben isolati. Pochissima distanza dalle spiagge e con diversi parcheggi a pochi metri. Ambiente esterno (giardino e docce esterne nuove) ben attrezzato Un'ottima risorsa per trascorrere una vacanza confortevole. Speriamo di avere presto la possibilità di tornare... Consigliatissimo!
