Splendid villa in the heart of Umbria, situated in panoramic position, in the hills near San Venanzo and the Tuscan / Umbrian border.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens with splendid rose beds (hence the name), an array of sweet scented lavender and lovely Mediterranean plants and lawns.
The spacious outdoor areas offer magnificent views in all directions. For the delight of guests there is large 16 x 7mt swimming pool, a large pergola with barbecue, for al fresco dining, and a small gymnasium with sauna.
Altogether a splendidly refined home which will please even the most demanding of guests, and where you can enjoy all the comforts of a modern home whilst savoring the charm of an ancient farmhouse, with characteristic wood beams and terra cotta floors.
The village of San Venanzo, where you will find basic amenities, is just 4 km away.
An ideal base from where you can visit the whole of Umbria and the fascinating towns such as Todi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Assisi & Lake Trasimeno. Access to the villa is via a gravel road.

Ottimo soggiorno

Soggiorno meraviglioso in una villa bellissima, curata un tutti i particolari con camere tutte dotate di bagno, cucina super professionale in una campagna stupenda con piante e verde ben curato. Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte dei morti per cui, nonostante il tempo ottimo non abbiamo usufruito di piscina e sauna.
