Typical country house divided into 5 apartments and a barn, in hilly position south of Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.

The house is furnished in a pleasant decor with some antiques. In the living and dining room with double sofa bed there is SAT TV. The kitchen with oven is well equipped. There are also 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower in the apartment. It is located in a particularly quiet area with a very interesting landscape. From the house you have a beautiful and far-reaching view of the hills. Several beautiful and secluded panoramic roads will lead you to the interesting historical centers of Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi and the particular Clitunno springs. For your common use there is a large green area with garden furniture and swimming pool. The house has the ideal position for walks in the beautiful nature. A gravel road of about 500 meters leads to the house.

Cadre tres agréable avec grande piscine

La location était conforme à la description sauf le balcon qui était inexistant, dommage car la table extérieure qui nous était réservée était en bas de l'escalier au milieu de la cour commune ! Pas très intime mais au fond cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné car le cadre général et la piscine en particulier nous ont vraiment ravis. Tres Bon accueil de la proprietaire et nous avons apprécié de rencontrer des locataires venant d'autres pays. Vehicule indispensable et prévoir des virages avant d"atteindre des voies rapides sinon c"etait parfait !
