The ground floor features a living area opening onto the veranda, with an American kitchen, central air conditioning, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a single sofa bed and pull-out bed, and a bathroom with shower. • Electricity and water charges, if applicable, are calculated at the end of the stay based on consumption.
• Upon arrival a security deposit will be required via credit card in the guest’s name (card must be physically present).
• The deposit will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on the bank). In case of damages or rule violations, a portion may be withheld.
