The apartment, of about 80 square meters with terrace, is located inside the exclusive Village of Puntaldia, more precisely in the "Galatee 3" complex, in a quiet position but a few steps from the beautiful square, which overlooks the marina, and where village life takes place thanks to bars, restaurants, games room, supermarket, newsagent / tobacconist, dry cleaners and elegant boutiques where you can shop even in the evening.
The village is surrounded by the famous and splendid beaches of Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta which can be easily reached on foot.
Not far from the apartment you will find the communal swimming pool, the tennis courts, the magnificent 9-hole golf club overlooking the sea.
The apartment consists of a leaving, the kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms (non-divisible beds) each with bathroom in suite and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
