Welcome to the Dependance with pool – a basement-level accommodation located in Punta Molara, Sardinia. The property is part of a two-story villa; windows allow natural light to enter, ensuring a bright and cool atmosphere, perfect for the warm Sardinian summers.



The interior covers 75 sqm, within a 200 sqm lot featuring a shared garden and a fully fenced property. The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. The private bathroom has a shower.
