Vacanza splendida

Siamo stati benissimo, la villetta è un angolo di paradiso con un bellissimo giardino, barbecue e piscina per bambini. Situata in una piccola frazione molto tranquilla a 4 minuti dalla Cinta e dal centro di S.Teodoro. Il proprietario e la signora Lisa sono stati disponibilissimi in quanto ci hanno consentito di entrare e lasciare la casa con largo anticipo visto che non avevano altre prenotazioni in quel giorno (cosa non scontata) ed inoltre per un guasto che ha coinvolto tutto il paese si è rotta l'aria condizionata ed hanno provveduto subito ad acquistare 3 rinfrescatori portatili che ci hanno aiutato molto.

Casa confortevole, nonostante ciò abbiamo avuto problemi con il contatore che più volte è saltato, la piscina nonostante sia stata pulita più volte il giorno dopo si trovava più sporca del giorno prima, e infine i condizionatori non ci hanno permesso di poter stare piacevolmente dentro la casa visto che non rinfrescavano le stanze

Amazing stay

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s house. We enjoyed both gardens at different times, and we slept really well. Air con & wifi working well, the house is well accomodated and the surrendings really pretty. Stefano was very nice and both arrival and departure made easy. We certainly recommend this house for a family !

Séjour très agréable

Mignonne petite maison très agréable avec jardin arboré et fleuri, 2 terrasses (façade et sur le derrière), barbecue, parking, et petite piscine pour enfants en bas âge. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, climatisé et l'environnement tranquille. Il est situé dans un petit village distant de 5 km de San Teodoro. Les plages sont plutôt jolies avec une belle qualité de l'eau mais petites, sauf Cinta mais surtout très fréquentées, et ça commence très tôt le matin. Parking payant pour beaucoup et 2 plages accessibles sur réservation et payantes. Concernant la location il faut prévoir le paiement de la taxe de séjour qui n'est pas mentionnée au descriptif.

Familienfreundliches Ferienhaus

Kommunikation im Vorfeld auf Englisch, schnell und unkompliziert. Beschreibung entsprach der Situation vor Ort. 30 Min. vor Ankunft Vermieter benachrichtigt, pünktlich bei unserem Eintreffen Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Diese stand uns während des gesamten Urlaubs stets telefonisch/ per Chat bei Fragen zur Verfügung (überaus freundlich und herzlich, unkompliziert, Service-orientiert). Rasen wurde vor Anreise extra nachgemäht, der Pool wurde gesäubert und aufbereitet. Man war sichtlich bemüht (und erfolgreich!) uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. „Pool“ im Garten ideal für Kinder zum Abkühlen und Spielen. Hier waren unsere Kinder täglich beschäftigt. Wasserschlauch steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Auch für Erwachsene eine gute Abkühlung, entsprechend der Größe ist aber ein Schwimmen nicht möglich. Parkplätze zu verschiedenen Stränden innerhalb von 15 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Schöner, gepflegter und grüner Aussenbereich. Dusche im Aussenbereich ebenfalls vorhanden. Sowohl auf Nord- als auch Südseite Esstische. Hier sehr gemütliches Abendessen oder Grillen möglich. Klimaanlagen (Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer) funktionsfähig. Internetverbindung makellos, WLAN-Verbindung auch im Aussenbereich mit gutem Signal. Küchenausstsattung entspricht den Angaben. Espressomaschine vorhanden. Speziellere Küchenutensilien (z. B. Geschirr für den Backofen, Backformen o. ä.) oder scharfe Messer sollten je nach Bedarf gegebenfalls mitgebracht werden. Ofen, Herd, Kühschlrank, Gefrierfach in sehr gutem Zustand. Insgesamt alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Als Familie die viel Neues entdecken möchte, haben wir uns bewusst gegen ein Haus in unmittelbarer Standnähe entschieden. Wir haben in der Vergangenheit festgestellt, dass wir letztlich ohnehin immer Fahrten zu unterschiedlichen Stränden unternommen haben und den Strand vor der vor der Tür gar nicht ausreichend genutzt haben. Supermärkte sind in 10 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dort ist dann auch der Einkauf von Semmeln möglich. Die kleine Siedlung selbst bietet allerdings keine Einkaufs- oder Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Keine lauten und befahrenen Straßen in der Nähe, nachts ruhig. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Vermieter und unsere Ansprechpartnerin waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Für unternehmungslustige Familien die kürzere Strecken zu Stränden, Restaurants und Einkäufen nicht scheuen, ist die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
