What a lovely home! It was perfect for the two of us. In a nice, neat and quiet neighborhood. We were visiting Arizona due to my husbands father failing health who lives in Apache Junction. Besides visting him we also checked out some other areas. Coolidge, Forence, Tucson. Globe, Mesa and some great museums and ruins. I love the idea to have a place as home base. We cooked most of our meals in the beautiful kitchen then settled down in front of the large screen TV or just laid back reading a book. The king size bed was a very comfortable sleep number bed. The pool was walking distance from the house which made for a nice walk in the evening. We felt safe during our stay and am grateful to find this home in such notice. Thank you for sharing.

This was my 2nd stay at this property which meets our general needs very well. There are a couple of relatively minor things that would be iceing on the cake:1. Additional mats in the bathrooms to catch water drips from the sinks.2. Bath tub mat to prevent slip & falls.3. Mats in the kitchen area in front of stove, fridge & sink to prevent water. grease, etc. from reaching the tile floor.4. The treated water over the sink and the dispenser in the fridge are slow.These are relatively easy to address and would improve the overall experience.

Great Experience and Very Nice Home

We had a great experience staying at this VRBO! The home was very clean, well-kept, and perfect for our family. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The kids loved having games available to play, and although we didn’t use the Xbox, it was great to have that option. Overall, it’s a very nice home and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Impressive

A very impressive house that is well maintained and had all the upgrades to make it feel like you were staying at your own home (e.g., nice pots/pans, newer mattresses, etc.). As the owner is clear about, they are particular about who stays there and ensuring it's not used as a party house. This felt a bit overbearing as part of the check in (questions about who stays there, how old they are, visitors, etc.). With that said, I see why they do it as it has enabled them to maintain a very, very high-quality rental.

Place was very clean except for the A/C kicking in. Somewhat loud which startled us and then realized that the unit was located up in the attic. Tolerable for the short time. We would stay here again in the future.

The perfect getaway for friends

This place was perfect for us three friends that needed to get away and get in touch with each other. it was so clean. The common area made it possible for us to come together in the mornings and just have a coffee and talk and in the afternoons we can we came together and just wind down. We plan to do this next year hopefully in the same place thank you for making our week together possible. Again thank you

Spring visit to San Tan

Beds were comfy. All essentials were available for use. Space was just right for meals and meal prep. A big master bedroom and bathroom. Huge walk-in closet to help with packing and unpacking. Neighbors were mindful of others.

GREAT place!!

This was one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in! The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious! Wonderful beds with super comfortable mattresses and pillows (Sleep Number in the master bedroom). Plenty of bath towels. Extra blankets in the closet. A white noise machine in the master bedroom! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! VERY well furnished. Nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend!!

Winter Get Away
