To the lower floor a bright and spacious open plan living area looks directly out towards the breath taking lake and is furnished to a high contemporary taste with a stylish modern cream chesterfield sofa and leather snug chair with a flat screen TV for guests entertainment.

An indoor dining area can comfortably sit four and the outside sunny balcony terrace provides a lake view alfresco dining area ideal for accommodating additional guests for a long lunch or star lit dinner party!

A fully fitted kitchen with polished granite top provides all the desired appliances with a gas hob oven and all the up to date appliances.

The accommodation is completed by two newly fitted bathrooms. Bathroom one which is on the upper floor boats a power shower and WC and washing machine. Bathroom two features just a WC.

The upper floor of the apartment also boasts a romantic ambient feel from the sloping exposed beamed ceiling.
