The apartment itself was comfortable, plenty of clean bedding, comfortable beds, the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, glasses, plates etc. There was plenty of space in the fridge and freezer and came with enough tea towles, bin bags. The kitchen was equipped with a gas stove, microwave and kettle, no oven which we weren't bothered by. In the bathroom, the shower had good pressure and has a small washing machine (which did break down but the company was very quick to resolve this) The balcony area is a lovely place to sit overlooking the lake and to do a bit of stargazing.
A couple of downsides, the apartment is on a main road with bikers and cars going past all night (bring some ear plugs) with motorbikers speeding at 5am and the local church bell starts at 0730 (thankfully finished at 2230). Car parking is about 100m walk away in a free parking area, again not a problem for my stay as we managed to park outside the apartment front door to offload and load our bags to the car. There is no lift to the top floor if you have someone in your group with mobility issues.
There is a nice resturaunt in a hotel 5 mins walk away, a small bar across the road which seemed to be only open during the day and evenings on the weekend. A necessity shop across the road. If you have a car Nenaggio is 10 mins away which has loads of resturaunts and ferrys to different parts of the lake.
