Nestled in the heart of La Libertad, our four bed/four bath beach house offers a quiet getaway experience.Located within a gated community offering 24 hours security. 8 minute walk from scenic beachfront sunsets. . Five minute drive from the famous, El Tunco beach which offers the country’s best nightlife, entertainment, and surf classes. Only a 30 minute drive from the historic city of San Salvador.This is the perfect family home for your dream tropical vacation!
The space

Our brand new two story modern, spacious family beach house is the perfect place to create long lasting memories with loved ones.


Our home can house up to a total of 13 individuals, however after 6 guests there is a 25$ daily fee per person.


The first floor consists of a brand new fully open kitchen, alongside an island style bar with four bar seats accompanied by TV and speaker entertainment for music during the warm summer nights.

The Master Bedroom’s location offers extra privacy being located away from the other three. It includes a king size bed with plenty of drawer space, a tv, and a personal bathroom with a private door which includes a smart mirror for any extra lighting needed for makeup.

The second floor consists of the following three bedrooms and the master living room. The living room space includes a TV with streaming apps like: Hulu, Netflix, Max, Peacock, etc that are accessible upon your personal subscription. Board games are located near the center table of the living room.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, and a twin size bunk bed. It houses up to four individuals. Bedroom includes a tv, and a bathroom inside with a private door. A smart mirror is installed for personal use. Due to the location of our home hot water is not readily available, however the water from the showers do get “warm” making it refreshing for the humidity near the beach.

Our front patio is the gem of our home. It includes an outdoor pool created to be used for relaxation with a seat layer along the sides to sit inside the pool. Our pool temperature is meant to combat the warm humid tropical weather and create a refreshing feel at all times. An outdoor patio table with an umbrella shade helps create a cooling environment for any outdoor activity or meal. A BBQ grill is available upon request for any grilling. In addition, there is a private basketball half court, created for a space of physical education and competitive little match ups. Located next to the pool and basketball court, there is a utility building which consists of a small restroom: a toilet, shower and a laundry and dryer machine.

Parking is available in front of the property alongside the private road.

AC and Wifi are included all over the house, each room has it's own AC unit inside.

We also include baby accessibility, A baby height chair and playpen are all available upon request.

NO pets are allowed on the property.
Guest access
-Guest will have access to private little soccer fields around the community, only accessible to those within the gated community.
- Guest will have access to a private beach volleyball court, only accessible to those within the gated community.
- Guests will have access to a 5 minute walking distance towards a private entrance gate towards the beachfront, only accessible to those within the gated community.
- Guests will have access to private parking slots within the gated community next to the entrance near the beachfront, making it only a 2 minute walk.
-Guest will have access to a 5 minute walking distance to a variety of different local beachfront restaurants and food vendors alongside the beach.
Other things to note
PLEASE READ THIS FOR BOOKING:

-There will be a 25$ daily fee for each additional person that is registered after the 6guest.

Due to the location of our home "hot" water is not readily available, however the water from the showers do get warm.

-Daily Housekeeping is available upon request for a fee of $40 per day.


-NO Pets are allowed on the property.
