The hotel was excellent, staff very friendly and goes out of their way to help. The service to n from the airport is 24 hours and the breakfast was good. One of the best experiences I had in a while.

Ye BUT my error I pressed ‘contact’ instead of phone # priced in text for shuttle and tried to phone when ride wasn’t there - brought me to Texas. Took cab for 25$. Then when I was reviewing the texts with the receptionist I put my jacket down on the counter. The next morning it was gone. Morning receptionist phoned someone but no jacket! Otherwise great.

Basic room. Big openings in the door where bugs were getting in. Had a big spider in the room but staff was friendly and took care of it. Near a highway so it was loud all night.Breakfast was ok.

The entire staff provided wonderful customer service, particularly the restaurant staff. Due to weather delays at my destination, I stayed an additional 3 nights in San Salvador, 2 nonsuccessive nights at Mi Tierra. Both rooms were clean and appointed with the necessities. The first room in a detached building was quite small and dated, but clean. The second room was in the main building, roomier and more modern.

I never stayed at this hotel however I was charged and marked completed on my Expedia account I was scammed and this hotel is a theft. I have proof text conversation confirmation if anyone is interested. Do not stay here you cannot trust the hotel personnel that will tell you they will cancel your reservation and then marked completed on Expedia. I had a family emergency and on top of that this people steal my money not to be trusted

The room was clean and both hotel and restaurant staff were very nice and forgiving of my poor Spanish. The room was a bit small and far from luxurious but it provided a clean comfy bed and that's what I needed. I give four stars because the restaurant was open practically 24 hours so after arriving at the hotel about midnight, exhausted from flying and rental car pick up, we could have an actual meal not just a bottle of water and bag of chips, which has happened to me sooo often. The steak was tender, the johnny walker Black label tasted cooked. In the morning we missed the complimentary breakfast that ends at 10 but thank goodness check out is at 11 so we woke up feeling rested and went back to the restaurant for a chicken breast sandwich and a cup of coffee. The chicken breast sandwich was fine ( I had mine without bread since i am GF), we could have shared, as the portion sizes are quire large and the coffee was quite good.
