Breakfast was ok, same thing every day. There were no washcloths in the room, we asked for some, they said they don't have none. The housekeeper was a little rude, she did want to give us the towels if we did not give her the dirty ones even though we did not get service. On top of that we did not noticed the entrance door of our room doesn't latch securely (room 209) when we told the front desk agent, he said we got cameras even though theres people working in hotel renovation. The toilet does not work properly.The only elevator fit only 3 people. So disappointed we won't stay there again.

I liked the parking, the exclusive area, the spaciousness of the rooms. What I didn't like in one room the air conditioning was not working, one towel was still dirty, they didn't change it. The menu was very limited, and the service hours in the restaurant were very scarce. In the rooms there is a very annoying musty smell. Overall the hotel is nice, but they should take care of the facilities, as they look old and unmaintained
