Enjoy a completely unique stay on 76 beautiful acres in the Texas Hill Country! Leaning Oaks Ranch is located 5 miles outside of the city of San Saba along the San Saba River Valley. The house features fiber-optic internet ideal for a quick (or extended!) work getaway, and is perfect for a family trip to the country.

The historic ranch has been in our family since 1851 and offers a wonderful launch point for exploring beautiful San Saba, Texas.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
