Beautiful setting
We really enjoyed our stay at the San Roque golf accommodation. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the location is stunning, with a view on to the golf course.
So much space outside to enjoy relaxing and outdoor dining. Lovely to have a pool when the weather was so warm.
The apartment was not clean enough when we arrived broken glass in the kitchen and cobwebs in many rooms, generally unloved!
Not enough pillows and towels poor quality. kitchen poorly equipped for cooking.
We had a lovely time but it could have been better with a few additions. Firstly we would expect a safe in this level of property. We have never hired somewhere without one.We would also expect basic necessities to be provided - a tea towel, oven gloves, bin bags and washing up liquid to name just a few! The kitchen was very under-equipped.We would have also liked bigger towels and pool towels.The property slept 6 so we expected 6 sun beds. We were a family of 4 so it was ok for us, but had we been at capacity, it would have been disappointing to only find 4 when there was plenty of space for more. The villa is in a beautiful location overlooking the golf course, and it has been well styled. A few simple tweaks would have enabled that ‘home from home’ feel.
