Brand new complex facing hole 7 on the Links course and the Mediterranean Sea! We offer to rent 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms’ apartment of around 150 m2, terrace included, with fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped not for holiday rental but for normal living, therefore you can expect all needed items. In the living/dining room there is a flat screen 48-inch TV, Bluetooth stereo, so you can connect your music, sofa bed, a table sitting 4 and 4 chairs. Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Box-spring bed, has en-suite bathroom and the separate dressing. The guest bedroom as a comfortable bed with a high quality mattress, wardrobes and a separate bathroom with shower bath. There is also a laundry with laundry machine and tumble dryer. Guests will have access to the underground parking, the garage gate is operated with a remote control. Outside there is a 115 m2 outdoor swimming pool that is 16.8 metres long. It has a 0.5 metre children's area, and 280 m2 of paved and gardened rest area. There is also a 200m2 sunbath area protected by panoramic windows, for those days when the Levante wind is blowing strongly.
