Very affordable property in an area without a lot of options. The host was very nice and accommodating, when we had troubles getting in on time due to flights, he adjusted and met us when we could make it. The space is spacious with multiple beds, a small sitting area and the view from the outdoor deck with mini kitchen was amazing. Our concerns come from cleanliness and access - the room had been cleaned since someone stayed there but doesn't appear to be used often so it was dusty. The kitchen stuff is outdoors without cabinets so everything has to be washed before use. The road to the location: be a confident off road driver with a high SUV to make it in and out and be prepared to take it slow. We've driven on better trails in the back country and the SUV we had barely had enough power to make it up some of the steeper sections. The whole drive once you turn into the butterfly 'development' will be bumpy and rattle your bones if you don't have the right vehicle, the potholes can also get you if you're not paying close attention. If you're confident with this kind of driving and want to be away from the noise and hustle if the city, this is a great spot.
