My stay at Sunset Caribe was amazing. The accommodations were beautiful, and the staff was truly top tier. I appreciated the 24-hour security, the food was excellent, and whenever I needed transportation, they seamlessly arranged drivers for pickup and drop-off to and from the property. The room was fine. The hotel staff needs improvement. Had trouble calling front desk to change massage time. Wrong phone numers listed on paperwork. Massage place was not at hotel. It said onsite.
