Front desk and staff were always helpful and professional. The location is convenient to Town Square, as well as the airport and ferry to Belize City. The docks for scuba and snorkeling are walking distance from the hotel. Being a suite, the room had everything we needed for an outstanding stay.
The staff was very friendly, respectfully and went out of their way to make you feel as you are at home.

Great location with a friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind and made our first stay in Belize much more enjoyable. Daisy and the other staff were excellent! On our departure my daughter left her cell phone in the room and they were kind enough to get her phone to the airport when we arrived by water taxi so that she would have it on our return back to Washington, DC! We will definitely be back to visit and will choose this hotel again!
We really enjoyed the balcony, kitchen and pool area. The only unpleasing aspect of the stay was the lack of elevators. WiFi was excellent.

The roons are a nice size with well equipped kitchens.
Vanessa and the rest of the staff were definitely accommodating! Helped us find golf carts and suggested different eatery’s. We’ll definitely come back to Belize and stay at the Sunbreeze Suites again!

professional staff, clean room, excellent service we arrived by 10am and they already had our room ready they asked what kind of room we would prefer and we got exactly what we wanted pool very nice and clean rooms and bathroom in excellent condition it was quiet and really nice, walking distance to the water taxi and most of the beachfront restaurants
Staff was extremely helpful in arranging flights and day trips. On site restaurant is convenient and staff very accommodating. They even prepared the fish we caught on several fishing trips.
Very professionally run hotel. Very clean and well taken care of. Small bill discrepancy of about $7 over from Orbitz confirmation price. This facility is different from SunBreeze Hotel.
In the heart of San Pedro near the water taxi. Easy to get to and a good home base for exploring but not a good place to relax or spend time. Beach is not nice near hotel and the pool is small and cold. No other amenities of other nicer resorts. Stay here if you need a convenient place to sleep and will be out in the water but not if your goal is to relax or enjoy the resort. Rooms are clean but dated.
