Step right out your front door to the pool and the best beach view. Just steps away to the beach. This condo is directly in front of all the popular restaurants that you will definitely want to go and try.

The Space:
BED & BATH

This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with lots of space. The condo has TV with cable in the living room for your convenience during your stay. The condo also has excellent wifi for anyone working from condo or just personal use.
Both bedrooms have a queen size bed in them. The BEST location on the island!!

LIVING AREA

The living area provides you with a TV with cable access, a QUEEN sleeper sofa for any extra quests and chairs for plenty of relaxing time.


KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates four and the bar has bar stools that accommodates two.

BALCONY

Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while enjoying that amazing sunrise or sunset complete with seating for two.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size of soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags. There are several stores in town that you can purchase additional items for your stay.

You are in walking Distance to all of these AMAZING restaurants on the Island:
-Wayo's Beach Bar
-Nauti Crab Belize Grill - make your reservations for the Crab races on Tuesday and they have AMAZING Brunches only on Sunday.

You can also try some of the other great restaurants around the island.

-Elvi's Kitchen - Ambergris Caye
-Truck Strop - Ambergris Caye

Also don't forget to take time to go to Secret Beach for at least a day or even two!!

*** Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If we are aware of any repairs we will always let you know prior to booking.

Guest Access:
You have full access to the condo. Most of the BEST restaurants are within walking distance of the condo. You might want to rent a golf cart to get to the local grocery store, or Secret Beach.

The Neighborhood:
Safe, very close to everything on the island.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

As always, the Embassy encourages resident U.S. citizens and visitors to enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) before departing for Belize. This will facilitate our efforts to notify you in the event of an emergency.

You must be 25 years old to book this condo. Please remember this is a PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO, we ask that you PLEASE treat it as you would your own home.

Renter acknowledges that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed in the condo, bringing in pets, throwing parties, or causing a disturbance to the Resort or other Guests.

The Oasis is strictly a non-pet friendly building per HOA guidelines.

In you violate the Rules you will forfeit the damage deposit in its entirety, and you will be removed from the property with ZERO REFUNDS!!!!

Absolutely NO Early Check-In unless prior permission is given & subject to additional charges. We must allow time to prepare the property in between our Guest.

Trash & Dishes must be taken care of on departure. An extra charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care before your departure!!
