Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team which can assist you as needed. This was our first time to San Pedro, so we were not sure about where to stay. After spending nearly a week on the island, we could not have picked a better location. Just on the other side of the bridge that connect you to downtown, so you are a little outside of all the business but close enough to walk. The condo was perfect for me and my wife. We had more than enough space. It was much bigger than we expected. We could have even brought the kinds (but we won't tell them that). The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked too which is always appreciated. Brittany and the property management team were super helpful. Communication was great. They were extremely helpful. I loved that they took care of our flight and booking our excursion. They picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour. It made the trip very easy. Love this place!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Everything was as described in the listing or better! The kitchen was well stocked with useful items, Brittany and Mike were always available to help with our every need. We had them get day trip bookings for us and they turned out wonderfully. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing. I would definitely highly recommend The Landings and would love to stay there again.
