Loved the house, would like to have had a better understanding of the road conditions. The amount of potholes and the realistic time that takes to get to restaurants and the town was very disappointing.

The house is just like the pictures show. It is the perfect place for a large group, renting both floors gave us plenty room for our 8 people. The house is stocked with everything you need. The pool was maintained, kept clean. Coleen and the staff are amazing, they are great about quickly returning emails and answering all questions. They will also arrange transport, excursions and even a cook.I would absolutely recommend this home. The only disadvantage was you can’t get into the water easily due to the soft ground. But it’s a quiet beautiful view.

Great get away from the city

The property is extremely clean and maintained. They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Ezekiel was extremely responsive and helped to organize a fishing/snorkeling trip for us. We loved the kayaks on the property and the pool was nice too!

Wonderful vacation with friends!

The house was great, we had a minor problem but it was taken care of immediately, thanks Coleen!Coleen also gave us the name of a tour guide that was more than awesome. Carlos Cordova and first mate Chris took 6 of us fishing for a day and cooked our lunch on the beach. It was the perfect day so we decided to use him again for a day of snorkeling, I can't say enough good things about Carlos and Chris. Thanks Coleen and staff for everything.

Great stay, great management

We had an excellent experience with La Perla Azul. The apartments were exceptionally clean, and the management was instantly responsive when one of the guests locked themselves out of the lower apartment. The whole setup more than met our expectations.

Beautiful Property/Roughest Road

Beautiful, well appointed property with two separate living/kitchen areas was perfect for our group. Girls stayed upstairs and wife and I were downstairs. However, until they improve the road from San Pedro to La Perla Azul we will not be returning. What should be a 15 minute ride takes 30 minutes because the road is in TERRIBLE shape!!! I would never have booked this far out had we known what terrible road conditions we would have to endure to and from town. :-( Again, house was perfect, we loved the property and amenities and Ezequiel took care of everything we needed.

Paradise getaway

We had an amazing time staying at La Perla Azul. It is a beautiful location. Was a perfect place to relax and stay. We enjoyed that it was a bit out of town. Will definitely visit again.

Nice place but…. Far from everything

We loved the house and the dock but it was long way from town and most things to do. Luckily a great fishing group was able to pick us up at the dock. But for diving and other adventures you had to drive at least 20-30 minutes.

Great first trip to the Caye

The house was lovely and spacious. The only real down side would be the master bedroom. It would be great with a king bed, another side table lamp, and better pillows (these were VERY flat). The management team of Cecilia and Ezekiel were fantastic. Every question and request answered promptly, professionally, and they were great to work with. We will be back!

Friend getaway

The property was perfect for our group. The property manager, Cecelia was extremely helpful and accomodating, Ezequiel greeted us at the house . He did some shopping for us and also set up our snorkeling day trip. It was really nice having the private pool and dock. I will be back!

Quiet Vacation Spot

This property is very clean, private and makes you feel like home. The pool is very small, good for children. There's no boat dock, but a small wooden platform allows you to kayak from. You need to rent a golf cart as you are 4.75 miles from San Pedro The gardens are spectacular and kept well. There's a very nice screened-in porch, which is essential since the mosquitoes and sand flies are horrible. The property managers are very responsive and will help with adventure planning. We really enjoyed being on Ambergris Caye and staying right on the Caribbean.
