This beachfront paradise offers plenty of places to sit and view the most exquisite sunrise, sunsets and wildlife. There is a dock with a palapa which has ample seating, perfect for a relaxing massage or fishing. This is convenient for those going out on excursions; the tour operators can pick you up on the dock. On a warm day you can cool off in the infinity pool while enjoying the views of the beach and the Barrier in south San Pedro. This unit boasts 2 large bedrooms, 2 tiled showers & Porch

This beautifully appointed condo is part of a ten (10) unit complex 2.5 miles South of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security for this very safe part of the island.

This third floor is 2-bedroom, 2 bath (one en-suite, one hallway bath, both with walk-in showers), a living room, dinning area & beautiful bright and airy well stocked kitchen with wonderful views of the pool, beach and Caribbean Sea. Main bedroom is large and spacious and has a King bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds and an office desk - both rooms have its own flat screened TV for your entertainment. There is an extra blow-up bed (upon request) for extra sleeping space so the unit can hold a total of 6 guests comfortably.

The veranda overlooks the sea and is perfect for relaxation. There is a comfortable seating area which is protected from the rain and sun.

A Perfect Island Getaway

Not all rental properties deliver what you see in pictures. This one did! The unit was beyond well-appointed for an island getaway. They missed no detail from working wifi to bathroom slippers! Crown Property Management even welcomed us with a few Belikin beers in the refrigerator upon our arrival! A couple tips - 1) must have a golf cart if you want to enjoy getting around the island, 2) beach towels are provided with the property so no need to lug them in your suitcase.

Tropical Paradise!

This condo is amazing! It’s bright, clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. The deck has nice furniture for lounging. We love this location as we love being south of town. Caesar is a great groundskeeper. We really appreciated the added touch of sunscreen, bug spray and pool floating for our use!

Newly renovated condo on Ambergris Caye, near San Pedro town.

Easy, timely communication with property manager (Colleen) and check-in w/ orientation with concierge. Must have golf cart - and bumpy roads an adventure! Very clean, quiet modern condo newly renovated, central A/C. Out of town (quiet), but 20 minutes away. Clean infinity pool, well-maintained grounds. Minimal sea grass in February. Nice snorkeling 10-minute walk south. Trips will often pick-up at end of dock on property. Caeser (maintenance man) can connect you with excursions to reef or mainland for competitive prices. Pictures don't do the condo justice; high-end furnishings and appliances, super well-stocked with spices and soaps, 3 coffee makers! (Drip, Keurig, espresso). Really good value for clean, welcoming accommodations in Belize, Ambergris Caye. Highly recommend Elvi's, El Patio, Black Pearl, and Victoria House for great seafood (and conch).

Great place- needs a few easy fixes to be 5 stars

This was a beautiful 3rd floor condo in the southern part of the island. It was located about 15 mins south of the downtown area by golf cart and i highly recommend having a golf cart if you plan to stay here. (There is plenty of parking carts at the building.) The amenities were excellent, including the nicest kitchen supplies I've ever had in a VRBO. The view was amazing and there was a shared pool and pier for hanging out and relaxing. Any questions we had were immediately addressed by Ezequiel, the property concierge, who could not have been more friendly and helpful. A few minor tweaks would make this place 5 stars. For example, the 2nd bedroom had no shelves in the closet and no dresser, the safe was not attached to anything, and apparently the shower faucets were installed backwards so that you had to move the handle to the blue dot to get the hot water (which we did not figure out until we spoke to Ezequiel about it). It would also be nice to have some information for guests about things to do in the area, restaurant recommendations, and local grocery stores as well as any information specific to the condo that is helpful for guests to know (like the hot water thing, recycling rules, etc). We really enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying again if we ever end up back in Belize.
