1 bedroom condo at Grand Baymen Gardens. Second floor modern well kept air conditioned condo. Very large pool area with lots of room to sit or lay out, fitness center with lots of equipment, pickelball courts, all just for use of tenants at this small complex. Only a couple of blocks from beach and just a half mile south of town. Long term rentals welcome.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom.
