Splendid Villa located in San pedro del Pinatar, in a quiet area and close to the sea and the Saltpans at 3Km.



The villa is new and can accommodate between 6 and 8 people. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The house is close to all amenities: supermarkets, local market, bars and restaurants.



On the ground floor, the villa offers a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for up to 8 people, a double bedroom and a shower room (shower and washbasin).

On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a second shower room. One of the bedrooms even has a balcony to enjoy the sun.



Outside, there is a private (unheated) swimming pool with sun beds and an outdoor shower to cool off in, as well as a dining area with a barbecue for those unforgettable summer evenings. There is also garden furniture to relax in after a busy day. There is also a parking space for your car.

Lovely property but disappointed with some parts of the stay. WiFi password incorrect no information about air conditioning. BBQ filthy thick with grease and a fire hazard. In the afternoon when the sun was on that part of the property the smell of grease was aweful. Showed this to a member of the management team when they came to sort out the WiFi the following day after check in which had been changed by the owner but not communicated to them. Despite this they did nothing to get this cleaned so could not use it. There was an electric wire hanging from a wall so potentially not safe. This really spoiled what could have been a nice visit. Informed VRBO but no support
