The view from the terrace is amazing, the property is like brand new. The property manager Eliezer responded all of our messages in a tumely matter. Our overall experience was excellent.

Amazing condo/amazing location/GREAT stay

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it was amazing. This was our first time to this side of the island and we will definitely be back next trip to Aruba. We would come back to San Nicolas and would without a doubt stay in this condo again. The condo was beautiful with everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen. State of the art appliances. AMAZING deck overlooking the ocean with comfortable furniture and a lot of space. Beach towels, a cooler, snorkels/masks, beach chairs and a grill. This area is very quiet which we loved. For the days we stayed, we were the only ones in the condo complex. So we had the entire area to ourselves. However, if you wanted to see other people, it's a short walk to Rogers beach, Rum Reef and Baby Beach. One note, I wouldn't call this beach front. It is 100% ocean front. So not an issue. The beach is right next door. The private ocean front area with palapas and stair access directly into the ocean was perfect! Eleazar was there to meet us for checkin and checkout and was amazing and responsive. Made sure we knew where everything was and how it all worked. Although they are still building the final 3 units, there was NO construction done while we were there. They are building a large resort closer to Baby Beach. So I would go soon. Before this amazingly quiet area is overrun with more people. We will go again and hope the new resort does not change the quiet, more local feel to this section of the island.
