We had no hot water during our entire stay and after they tried to fix it the hot water pipe burst and flooded the entire apartment. After the pipe was fixed late the next day we still didn’t have hot water, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that the owners and Expedia would allow a property and experience like ours to happen without compensation. We will never stay here again, which is shame because the neighborhood is really nice.

The property is located in an excellent location. Near by grocery stores, pharmacys, restaurants and a lot of artisan shopping. And most importantly the security at the property made us feel safe. Will be returning again soon 🤗

Lo único malo es que dos días nos bañamos con agua fría porque no servía o tenía alguna descompostura la instalación del calentador y las regaderas, la dueña estuvo en comunicación y resolvió el problema, en mi particular opinión creo que debe estar más al tanto de los servicios a efecto de brindar una mejor experiencia a sus huéspedes!

Muy regular el servicio

Tuvimos una estancia desafortunada. Al llegar, no estaban todos los implementos para la acomodació de 5 personas (no había sábanas para el sofacama). El jacuzzi que supuestamente era un atractivo del condo, no estaba en fucionamiento. Lo más incómodo es que se dañó el calentador del agua y el gas para cocinar, así que estuvimos 2 de los 3 días sin gas para cocinar y sin agua caliente para bañarnos.

La propiedad muy bonita, la tienen decorado muy bien. Deberia de tener calentador ya que es muy fría. Queda a 10-15 minutos en carro del centro.
