No toilet paper in the room. No iron, only ironing board: even though it is advertised, no restaurant/food service on the things they advertise such as rooftop service. Room unsafe. No staff available to answer or provide service of missing items. . We are so unsatisfied with this facility that we only spent one night there. We had to move to another hotel and paid for such out of our pocket. We should get a refund for accommodations that were paid for and not provided.

I just got back from staying at this beautiful adults-only hotel in San Miguel de Allende, and I’m already dreaming of going back. The town is absolutely magical, and the hotel itself feels like a hidden gem—just eight cozy rooms that have everything you need to feel right at home. I had a wonderful stay at Clandestino Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and gracious, making check-in smooth and welcoming. My room was beautiful, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I also loved the hotel’s location—close enough to the center to explore easily, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy a sense of seclusion and calm. Highly recommend for a relaxing and stylish stay in San Miguel.

I loved the hotel!

I loved the hotel! Next to the city hear center and San Miguel church. The street is very safe and close to everything. Room is beautiful and bed is very comfortable. It has a very cute small patio for breakfast and valet for your car. I would highly recommend staying here!

The property was beautiful! It was walking distance to the church which was very convenient. They gave breakfast each morning which was delicious. The staff were helpful and very nice. The only thing I didn’t realize was that their roof bar was not open until we tried going up there. The staff was kind enough to offer and bring us drinks but there was not a bartender at the bar or anything happening upstairs. Other than that we had a very nice stay.
