Villa Primero, Golf del Sur

This beautiful, newly refurbished self-catering villa has been finished off to a high standard, it has stunning views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the golf course. This property has air-conditioning in the lounge (chargeable), there is also satellite TV and internet at no extra cost. This villa is the perfect choice for anyone who wants privacy as it has a private terrace with a large outside family dining area and BBQ, perfect for eating al fresco.

The Villa has three bedrooms, two with en-suites and an additional third bathroom, it has a well-equipped modern kitchen, and is less than one-minutes walk from the swimming pools.

Bedroom 1 has an en-suite, king-size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, a modern ceiling fan along with patio doors and shutters leading out to the terrace.
Bedroom 2 also has an en-suite, two single beds with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, a modern ceiling fan and window with shutters.
Bedroom 3 is also a twin room with two small twin beds, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, a modern ceiling fan and window with shutters.
Bathroom 3 has a shower, basin, vanity unit, and WC.

The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and everything else you should need for your holiday.
The inside dining table has four (4) chairs. The living area has a large sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a large screen TV.
There is also a washing machine outside along with an additional sink and drainer.

This villa is complete with a large tiled terrace, palm tree and a small garden bed. This property is not overlooked by neighbouring villas and has amazing views.
The terrace also boasts a stone chimney barbecue, two (2) sun loungers and a large family dining area which seats six (6) comfortably.

San Andres Resort has three pools, one of which is heated all year round and also a children's pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.
