The largest and only detached self-catering villa in the San Andres Resort. This property even has its own private swimming pool! With a wonderful floor plan, this villa has great views and sun all day. Ideal for a family who enjoy their own space but like to have the option to enjoy the complexes amenities as well. Enjoy the views of Gran Canaria from the master bedroom! San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. There are sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

The living area has two sofas, with large patio doors leading to rear terrace with views of pool and sea in the distance. Television has local and UK channels. The living area has air conditioning (this is chargeable). Located next to the living area is a large, tiled terrace with 6 sunbeds, a nice lawn and a swimming pool (not heated). Complete with a barbecue area with a large chimney style BBQ and small table for outdoor dining. Very Private!

The Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. Open kitchen/dining area also has patio doors that lead out to the terrace. Air conditioning is in the living area and kitchen dining areas. A utility area has a washing machine and door leading to the garden.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. En-suite Bathroom 1 is complete with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed and 1 double bed, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobe and a window with privacy shutters. Bedroom 3 has 2 double size beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, windows with shutters and mosquito nets. Bedroom 4 has 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside lamp, windows with mosquito nets and shutters. A door leads to an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and basin.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
