Villa Theros is a luxury holiday home for 8 guests for exclusive holidays in Puglia, in the area of San Michele Salentino.
The villa is equipped with swimming pool and hydromassage area, private five-a-side field, outdoor kichen, barbecue and a big garden fenced garden with olive trees, fruit trees and parking.
Among the accessories, there are the air conditioning in every room, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, hair-dryer, tv, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.

The villa with swimming pool is surrounded by an entirely fenced lush garden, with olive trees and fruit trees, but also a private five-a-side field and a spacious parking area.
By the swimming pool with hydromassage, there is a spacious solarium area with gazebo and well-equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area.
The
rooms are spacious and modern, characterized by large glass doors with
panoramic view on the countryside. In the central area of the villa
there is the living room with sofa and tv, a fully-equipped kitchen, dinign room and laundry room.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms:
two double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with 1.40-meter bed and 1 twin
bedroom which can be used as a double bedroom. Moreover, there are two
full bathrooms and an outdoor full bathroom.
The surroundings of Villa Theros near Brindisi
The villa is in the countryside of San Michele Salentino,
near Brindisi and a short drive away from the city centre. It`s close
to other old town centres which are worth visiting such as Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and San Vito dei Normanni.
The
closest beaches are on the Adriatic coast, such as Ostuni marina,
Posticeddu and Torre Santa Sabina, which are 17 kilometers away. The
trulli of Alberobello are 40 kilometers away. 
The closest airport is Brindisi, 30 kilometers away from Villa Theros.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
