Our residence with lift, starting from the 1st floor, is located in the nearby of the Promenade of Lido dei Pini, a street full of shops and restaurants, at about 250mt from the beach. Our two-room apartment is ideal for 3-5 guests and it's placed on the third floor. It provides a living room with a single sofa bed and a pull out single bed (they can be joined together), an equipped kitchenette, a tv, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a windowed bathroom with shower with shower curtains, a nice balcony and one parking space per booking. Please note that the flat is not equipped with A/C. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
